This beautiful apartment is composed by: A large living room with a sofa bed for 2 people plus a pouf bed. A kitchen equipped with a large Liebherr fridge, a dishwasher, a 4-burner induction hob, an electric oven, an electric citrus squeezer, an electric plate, a professional Lavazza espresso machine, cappuccino, and tea. Two double bedrooms, one of them with a sea view, and two bathrooms. To complete this apartment, a terrace of about 100 square meters with sea view, furnished with deck chairs, sofas, and a table that can accommodate up to 10 guests. In the courtyard at the entrance of the apartment, there is a barbecue, an outdoor shower, and a washing machine in the cupboard. LCD TV, air conditioning, internet connection via WI-FI, hairdryer, and a parking space are available to our guests.

This apartment is connected by an interior silent door to the apartment called The Shell. It is possible to rent both of them to accommodate 11 people or only part of The Shell (one double bedroom and one bathroom) to accommodate 9 people. The flexibility of accommodation of these two apartments has been studied by our architects in such a way as to ensure maximum privacy for both apartments if rented separately.

Supply of: Bed linen (weekly change) - set of bath towels (weekly change) - beach towels (changed twice a week) - table cloths and napkins (changed 2/3 times a week) - Lavazza coffee capsules in different tastes – the best selection of Tea from Dammann Brothers – white sugar, brown sugar, and low-calorie sugar - Bio olive oil from Poggio Moiano (Alta Sabina) - balsamic vinegar from Modena - wine vinegar – coarse and fine salt - pepper – set of glasses for water, wine, liquors, and Champagne – full-service plates – pots and pans of various sizes suitable for ceramic hobs or induction cooker – cutlery and various kitchen tools - trash bags – soap and fabric softener for washing machine – tablets and salt for dishwasher machine - charcoal BBQ - toilet paper - shampoo, conditioner, bath foam, soap – hair dryer in each bathroom – use of water and energy – internet connection via Wi-Fi – and end-of-stay housekeeping – one parking place.

PAYMENT SERVICES

- Weekly cleaning on request. €14.00 per hour
- Baby-bed camping, including sheets, cover, and pillow, €100.00 per week.
- Dog stay: for 2 nights €40, and for one week €80.
